City Center Redevelopment Authority reviews comprehensive plan updates and TIF analysis
On February 19, 2026 the City Center Redevelopment Authority met in the Aspen Room (City Hall). Board actions included excusing the absence of Alisa Pyszka and approving a revision to the January 18, 2026 minutes to clarify inclusion of commercial retail and residential components. Staff reported on the development pipeline (including a residential pre-application at the former HP campus, the completed Burnt Bridge distribution facility, and the proposed Palisades Point project), City Council approval of an amended development agreement with Lincoln for the Waterfront Gateway project (focusing on Parcel X), work on a building code update to allow six-story wood-frame construction, a workforce housing roundtable, the city's Comprehensive Plan and zoning code update to plan for 20-year growth and additional housing capacity, and an update on Tax Increment Financing analysis. No action was taken on the TIF analysis.
