Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Thomas Bench and Sarah Bench and Swensen Perer & Engel Law Firm, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at No. GD 23-001282 and GD 22-005855.
