What this means
The committee reviewed police and neighborhood services reports about nuisance-property enforcement and crime-data reporting but chose to defer further action for now. Information about corporate ownership of rental properties and two proposed policy items were put on file, meaning the committee did not advance them for further action at this time. Residents should expect no immediate policy changes from this meeting; the deferred items may return for debate later.
