What this means
The board allowed two smaller-than-usual single-family lots and approved a taller retaining wall, meaning those specific developments can proceed under the adjusted rules. A proposed car wash in Settlers Crossing was not decided and the public hearing was continued to the next meeting, so no change will happen there yet. The board also approved the March 10 meeting minutes and recorded two member absences as excused.
