Richfield City Council Meeting Minutes — October 28, 2025: Lodging Tax Ordinance, Bond Sale, Pool Renovation
Council convened at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Pro Tempore Sean Hayford Oleary presiding; four council members were present. Commissioners presented annual reports (Arts, Human Rights, Transportation).
