Liquor & Marijuana Authority approves license transfer and new entertainment license; consent event approved — Feb 13, 2026

Judge Nelson Dunford called the Pueblo Liquor & Marijuana Authority meeting to order at 1:34 PM. The agenda and January 20, 2026 minutes were approved. The Consent Agenda, including a special event alcohol permit for Mariposa Center for Safety (March 13, 2026), was approved. The Authority approved a transfer of ownership for a retail liquor license for TRM Investments LLC (dba Troy Village Liquor, 1732 Constitution Rd) and approved a new entertainment liquor license for Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (dba Pueblo Riverwalk Boathouse, 125 Riverwalk Place). Public notice and inspections were confirmed for both regular-agenda items. Judge Dunford read Findings and Orders for the approvals. The meeting adjourned at 1:53 PM.
