Planning & Zoning Commission – March 12, 2026: Directional sign plan approved; bylaws update recommended; Deep Well Ranch plat update

The Prescott Planning & Zoning Commission met March 12, 2026. The commission approved the February 26, 2026 minutes, recommended approval of a comprehensive sign plan for a new 4 ft. x 6 ft. freestanding directional sign at Ponderosa Professional Plaza (CSP26-001), recommended approval of an amendment replacing the commission bylaws in the Land Development Code (LDC26-001), and received an update on the approved preliminary plat for Deep Well Ranch (South Ranch South). No staff updates were given. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. and adjourned at 9:39 a.m.
