At the May 4, 2026 Charter Review Committee meeting, members approved the April 20 minutes, heard a staff presentation on proposed Charter updates for approval of high-value capital projects exceeding $15 million, voted (5-0) to add language requiring public comment to approved ballot language, and continued further discussion on city court, development agreements (DAs), and related items to future meetings. The meeting was called to order at 2:30 p.m. and adjourned at 4:13 p.m.
