Port Orange City Council approves multiple land use and code amendments; consent items 5–10 approved

At the March 17, 2026 regular meeting, Port Orange City Council approved several consent items (5–10), adopted comprehensive plan text limiting density for a rezoning to 1 unit/acre, approved Land Development Code amendments on donation bins and temporary storage containers, approved mural/paint regulations, heard first reading of a rezoning ordinance, and received committee updates and proclamations.
