Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Meeting — January 14, 2026: minutes approved; multiple dismissals; fines and lien imposed
Special Magistrate David D. Fuller Jr. convened the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate on January 14, 2026 at City Council Chambers. Officers Scott Allman and Jackson Concepcion were sworn. The December 10, 2025 minutes were approved. Three cases were dismissed as compliant (Linda M. Demattia; BBKD LLC; Khosrow Khosrovani). KEM Associates LLP (1195 Dunlawton Ave) was found non‑compliant, given until February 23, 2026 to achieve compliance or incur a $100/day fine; costs of $74.48 awarded. Everett Wicker (711 Fieldstone Ave) was found non‑compliant; a $100/day fine for 24 days ($2,400), $250 abatement costs and $109.21 mailing/recording costs were imposed, resulting in a lien of $2,759.21.
