Englewood City Council Regular Meeting — May 4, 2026: Budget items, code updates, air monitoring IGA, and multiple ordinances approved
Council received a Budget Advisory Committee presentation and completed liaison selections in study session. Council approved multiple ordinances (housing/code amendments, trash pickup expansion, clerk referral authority, chronic nuisance, petitioning processes), an IGA with Sheridan for a building electrification specialist, an IGA for local air monitors, and a 2025 budget supplemental. CB 33 (public safety radio IGA) was tabled to May 18. An executive session on pending litigation/negotiations was held.
