LPA recommends code amendments for coffee roasting, parking reductions, and Article 6 rewrite

At the January 22, 2026 Local Planning Agency meeting, members unanimously recommended City Council approve a text amendment to add Coffee and Tea Manufacturing as a conditional use in the Industrial zoning district, adopt Ordinance 26-05-LC revising parking reduction language, and adopt Ordinance 26-04-LC (Article 6 general development regulations rewrite). The board also approved the agenda and December 4, 2025 minutes and directed staff on several draft provisions (joint access agreements, water-connection research, and removal of right-of-way synthetic turf allowance).
