The City of De Pere Finance/Personnel Committee met March 10, 2026. Committee members Pamela Gantz, Amy Kundinger, Casey Nelson, and Devin Perock were present; James Boyd was excused. The committee approved items including community service grant policy consideration, over-hires for police and fire, redevelopment and development agreements (303 Reid St. and Bliffert De Pere Holdings), TID financial actions, hiring Associated Appraisal Consultants for 2027–2030 services, budget carryforwards, and reviewed the January 31, 2026 cash and investments report.
