Planning Commission continues two Reunion Center final plat cases to June 3; schedules Land Development Code outreach

Commerce City Planning Commission met May 6, 2025 at 6:12 PM in Council Chambers. Commissioners approved the April 1, 2025 minutes, and voted unanimously to continue two Oakwood Homes Reunion Center final plat cases (Pres 25-272 and Pres 25-270) to the June 3, 2025 Planning Commission meeting; the continuances shift the related City Council hearings to July 21, 2025. Staff announced Land Development Code open houses on May 15 and May 22 and confirmed upcoming meetings on June 3 (Reunion plat), July 1 (other development cases), August 5 (Transportation Master Plan), and September 2 (public hearing on the Land Development Code). The meeting adjourned at 6:26 PM.
