Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety Meeting Summary - July 10, 2024

The Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety met on July 10, 2024, and passed numerous ordinances related to disabled parking permits, traffic warning signs and signals, parking restrictions, residential permit parking zones, and amendments to the Municipal Code. The meeting resulted in three categories of actions: city department recommendations that passed, direct introductions from aldermen that passed, and items that passed with override of department recommendations.
