It re‑referred 29 items to various standing committees, including authorizations for redevelopment agreements, appointments to Special Service Areas and boards, scope-of-services and budget matters for multiple Special Service Areas, TIF and Class 8 MICRO matters, permit fee waivers for the Chicago Board of Education, issuance of tax-exempt housing revenue bonds, property sales under the ChiBlockBuilder program, amendments to leases and rights-of-entry, Open Space Impact Fee expenditures, and property acquisition for the Englewood Nature Trail Project.
